cannot Install Apollo Cloud app (first edition) on Windows 10 PC...please help

Hello all,

I have two computers, aMacbook pro and a new Dell with Windows 10. In the Macbook it has been really easy to download the app for the apollo, but I am getting crazy trying to install it in my windows. The app doesn't exist in the windosws store, and I tried the ¨google play¨ option and also does not work. 

I am not a tech guy, so i please need some advice!.

In the box in the apollo (I bought it second hand), it says that it is good for Windows...so maybe its my ignorance!.

Hi Andres,

The Windows Apollo app is available from the Promise support page. It definitely exists and I'm running it now (on Win 8.1).
