Thank you for choosing Promise Technology for your storage solutions.
You can daisy chain the both Pegasus2 R4 units, each Pegasus unit shows as a separate volume on the Mac Pro. Each Pegasus unit mounts as a separate raw disk volume on the Mac pro. Moreover, Pegasus series units are direct attached storage, where you can connect each unit directly to a Mac system and mount the volume then use it. The performance will be calculated separately for both units. Unfortunately, it cannot be combined as a single volume to calculate the performance.
