Can't see Pegasus 2 R4 on the finder

Hello,

 

I can't see my pegasus 2 R4 on the finder (imac retina 5k 2015, Sierra) but its appear on the disk utility.

 

Could you held me ?

Hi Tom,

 

If you have access to the data then please take a back up to avoid any data loss in case of File system corruption or Errors with multiple drives in the unit and contact Promise Tech support for further assistance.
