Can't login and can't restore my password

Hi

 

I'm getting a weird problem with my Apollo Cloud. 

1. I can't login. It tells me that my email is incorrect

2. I can't restore password: it tells that this email is not used with Any apollo

3. When I try to register device manually, it tells me that the device is already registered. And shows the email which doesn't work on first 2 steps.

 

Here we get a loop with no exit!

Please help.

Hi Andrey,

-Have you checked with rebooting the Apollo cloud once, then try to login?

-Is this new setup or already working fine?
