Can't find Time Machine after router change and then firmware update

I've been using Apollo since April Cloud since April connected to our Verizon FIOS modem/router and it worked fine for our three Macs and Time Machine and our three iPhones and Camera Roll Upload.  It even worked fine when we moved to two different tempoary locations from July-Sept and used those home owner's modem/router.

Recently, we moved to our new home and set up the same modem/router as we had in April-June, BUT the router was now connected to separate modem (no FIOS here).  Our iPhones connect to Apollo perfectly, but two of our Macs won't connect to Time Machine, at least not to the existing backup that worked a few days before we moved.  One of our Macs did connect to Time Machine (although I'm not totally sure it was the existing backup) but now since the firmware update I installed today, that Mac won't connect to Time Machine either.

FYI, the Apollo drive is "mounted".  I can see it and open it in Finder.  The Apollo Cloud app says "Apollo is ready".  I can look at "Files" and "Photos" fine through the Apollo Cloud app and Finder.

Note: In Finder and in Time Machine, the Apollo drive seems to have changed names from "APOLLO680399" to "Apollo".  Time Machine shows the latest backup to "Apollo_TimeMachine" on "APOLLO680399" last night.  If I try to select the backup disk" "Apollo_TimeMachine" on "Apollo", Time Machine says it "already contains an encrypted backup for this computer.  It gives me the option of "Choose a different disk", "Erase Exisiting Backup" or "Use Existing Backup". If I "Use Existing Backup" it starts to write over my existing backup "filename.sparsebundle".  I don't want to write over my existing backup, I want to continue WITH it.

Please help!  The main reason we bought the Apollo (through the Apple store) was to back up our Macs using Time Machine.

Hi Scot,

Could you please click the Apollo icon on the top of Mac, and click "Folder Mount Status".  Make sure the Time Machine is "ON".Also on the same bar, click Time Machine icon to check the preference you selected is correct.

Kindly turn the Time Machine Auto-mount On.

Let us know if it works. Thank you.

I'm finally getting around to trying this again.

1) When I click "Folder Mount Status", I don't see anything about "Time Machine.  It DOES say "Status" is on and "Mounting" is on for both "Apollo_TimeMachine" and "Apollo_Apollo AnyWhere".  See my screenshot.

2) When you say "click Time Machine icon to check the preference you selected is correct." I'm really not sure what you mean by "check the preference you selected is correct".  What "preference"?  How do I know what "is correct"?  Here is a screen shot.

As I stated above, I've been doing this since April with no problem, even swtiching to two OTHER home networks, but now it won't work.  It won't find the existing backup disk even though I choose it.  See this screenshot of the location where the backup is supposed to be.

Here is one of the other disk options.

Here is the other disk option.

Here is what I see in Finder.

If the file is only ˜130 KB, does that mean there isn't anything on the backup?

When I got to "Enter Time Machine" from the Time Machine backup, there isn't any history beyond today.

Please tell me how I can 1) backup to my exising backup which I started in April, and 2) access my data from that same backup.

Thanks for your help.

Scot
