I have installed thunderboltex 3 and tried to connect Pegasus2 R4, but there are different connections - Pegasus4 doesn't have USB 3.1 type C thunderbolt 3, which is requared for expansion card. So I bought Thunderbolt 3 to Thunderbolt adapter and connect with it. One Thunderbolt Link LED lights blue, but Pegasus utility doesn't see devices. Thunderbolt software neither. What should I do?

I have win 10 and asus x99 deluxe motherboard

Hi Igor,

Pegasus2 units are not tested with the Thunderbolt 3 card/Adapter and it is not compatible.

Thanks..

Do I have chances to launch it? I mean may be I did something wrong - didn't install something, for example.

any chance you guys at Promise could reconsider to optimize the Pegasus2 units to become compatible with the ThunderboltEX 3 cards??!? there are a lot of Mac2Win switcher's out there who would highly appreciate it!!!

Thanks for your time reading this!
