Can not set up Apollo Cloud 2 Duo

I set up the device by scanning the QR code and received the verification code by my email. After the registration is completed, an invalid email is displayed when I log in with the registered email and password, but I retrieve the email with the QR code and it is the same email. but I reset my password via email, it prompts me that there is no registered apollo Cloud 2 Duo

 

Logging in with the same mailbox always prompts invalid email

-What is the power light status of the Apollo cloud?

-Have you checked with rebooting the Apollo cloud once, then try to login with Apollo cloud utility.
