Perhaps a stupid question but can I disconnect my computer from a Pegasus2 R4 after starting a rebuild of the disk array? It takes about 6 hours and I want to plan ahead.

Hi Robert,
If you disconnect the Pegasus thunderbolt cable the Pegasus will power off and the rebuild will stop. But It will continue again when you reconnect the Pegasus to your MAC.
It's probably best to set the MAC to not sleep and let the rebuild finish. The RAID array is not redundant until the rebuild has completed.
