I've been researching various solutions for mirroring the contents of one R6 enclosure to another. Software by Archiware appeared to be a good solution but their sales team hasn't responded to an email sent a week ago. Does anybody have a solution they particularly like?
I'll need to be syncing 9TB between drives connected by thunderbolt. Would anybody be able to give an estimate on how long that would take?
A very popular app for this would be Carbon Copy Cloner.
The time all depends on the actual amount of data to copy, and how much activity is on the source unit during the copy...

Would I need to set up the second enclosure to have the same RAID level as the other? For the time to copy, do you think 9TB could be done over a weekend? I'm doing this for a client and need to minimize downtime.
