Apollo Cloud Personal Storage - Remote Internet Backup

Hi

I am thinking about buying the 4T apollo Cloud but want to understand better the remote internet backup from anywhere in the World. 

I live and work in Germany and my daughters live in the UK. For them to remotely backup up their MACs over the internet to the Apollo Cloud I would have in my German Apartment, can I set everything up from here in Germany or do I need to have them bring their MAC laptops to Germany to set up locally first ?

Hope the question was clear and look forward to a fast answer please.

Hi Mark,

For the first time setup , Apollo and your MAC has to be in the same network . Once it is done, you can leave the Apollo connected to any Network . As long as the Apollo is connected to the Internet, you should be able to access the Apollo from your devices.
