When I switch on my Apollo Cloud, the lights are always showing as red / white rather than green.
Your website states the reason for this is as follows:
Network connection is lost; or path to Public Server is lost.
Therefore can you please confirm how I fix this issue?

Hi John,
Kindly check with removing the Power cable and Ethernet cable, wait for 2 mins, then reconnect both
cables. Once it powered on, verify the light status and connectivity.
