My Apollo Duo's lights keep flashing after I add files. When I access files, they flash briefly, then return to normal, but after adding files, they keep flashing. The only way to stop this is to shut Apollo off and start up again. Does anybody have an idea to change this?

Please let me know the flashing light color? Also is it flashing quick or slow?

I suggest you download the manual from Promise and check to see if the LED behavior is correct... 8^)

Thanks for your sugguestion. I do have the manual.
The second answer: Thank you. the flashing light is white.
The "normal" slowly glowing white light is normal. When I access a file, it flashes briefly and returns to slowly glowing.
However, when I add a new file, it flashes but does not return to normal until the unit is turned off.
Any help is gratefully accepted.
