Apollo Cloud Constantly Offline

I have not been able to get my Apollo Cloud to be online consistently and in the last year and a half... at all. Help! I spent a lot of money on this and currently have data on the Apollo I don't want to lose. 

LED on the front - not even showing despite having power.

LED on the back by the ethernet cord shows a connection.

Hi Christine,

-Could you check with connecting the power cable at different power cord?

-Also try different power cable if possible.
