My Apollo Cloud 2 Duo is not booting up any more. After nearly two years I don't have any more access to my files. A Support request and talk to an support agent was without solution.
The device is powered but the green start button is continuously blinking green. Ethernet is connected to an open internet but no access.
Any ideas how I can get access to my files?
