I Have just set up my Apollo 2TB Cloud on my Mac and created a sync folder then copied some folders to it to hopefully let the cloud sync all the time only to find that it doesn't update.

I looked on the website only to find some old information that doesn't explain the proces well as it uses the old Apollo Utility and doesn't match up with the new app.

When I go to Apollo Sync i select the location of the Sync folder and then it doesn't allow me to choose any of the folders in step 2? So I can't save? The Apollo Sync folder is ticked though. Suggesting it is going to sync.

Considering this is the reason most people will by this product I think they need to have a video on how to set it up.

Can you please update your how to sync instructions to show how to sync folders using the new Apollo Utility? Not only would it help me but I am sure others that will need this. Or answer this question when you use the Apollo sync function in the settings of the app where does the Apollo Cloud sync folder have to be? Can it be anywhere on my MAC? if the answer is yes then why is it when I add fodlers to it in finder it only copies them in and doesn't sync automatically.

Thanks

The information you are sending me is old, I just manged to look at the user guide and release V3.0_2017.02.20 but it doesn't help as it uses an old Apollo Utility.
