All leds red after a power surge

After a power surge the hard disk leds on my Promise R6 are all red, as well as the power button.

Promise utility reports "Severity Major - Logical Drive has been placed offline - Possible data loss".

Tried to power off and power on with no luck.

Is it possible to know if the drive is damaged or all disks (or both)? Solutions?

Hi Marco,

We can try with forcing the drives online, but before doing it, we need to verify the subsystem report. Since

multiple drives are dead, there may be chance of data loss. Kindly reach us through creating a web support case id with report

at support.promise.com to assist you on this issue.
