All HDD status is No usable in Physical drive window.

Hi Zydrunas,

In case , If it is dual controller unit, the SATA hard drive will be visible to a single controller. In order to see the hard drive to both the controller, You have to install A-Mux adapter.

We always recommend installing the compatible drive in the VESSRAID unit. Please find the below link refers to the compatibility list.
