After Replacing 2 HD, The raid is locked and format is grayed out (Mac 12.0.1, Pegasus2 R6)

Hello,

I have Pegasus2 R6, and a few weeks ago I successfuly replaced 2 HD that failed one after the other. After doing that the drive became locked.

I than undertstood that I need to format it, but under the Promise Utility app the format option is grayed out (See attached screenshot).

What shall I do? Do I need to use the Mac disk utitly?

Hi Shlomit,

Please open a terminal, open the promise CLI by typing 'promiseutil', then send the output of these commands...

phydrv
logdrv

Did the first drive you replaced finish rebuilding before the second drive failed?
