After clearing StaleConfig on physical drive it became unconfigured

It all started after D5320fxD reboot it returned "1 Pool(s) Missed"

However wrong translation is, i cleared Dead drive status that belonged to this pool.

4    VO015300JWS SAS SSD  15.36 TB    Encl1 Slot4   Dead       Pool0

     SV                                                                        

6    VO015300JWS SAS SSD  15.36 TB    Encl1 Slot6   Dead       Pool0           

But one drive was in state StaleConfig

Acfter clearing StaleConfig on physical drive it became unconfigured

The pool no longer shows physicaldrive 2 as part of pool

administrator@cli> pool -i 0 -v

 

 

PreferCtrlId: 1                         Pds: 1,3,4,5,6

Axle: 1                                 PdGroup: (1),(3,4,5,6)

 

 

I had to delete a lot of data to fit into 10000 symbols...

What has happened and what to do ?

All the other drives above show as 'dead'. Something happened.

Please go to https://support.promise.com and open a support ticket.

Please upload a service report also.
