I cant get the drive to load on either OSX, I've used this drive for a long time and it's worked great but now on these two operating systems there is no way to get it working. I made it appear for about 10sec and then disappeared on Catalina. Then on Big Sur I read promise supported Big sur so gave it a try but still nothing. I need help I have a lot of data I need access to but no luck. I've read through other discussions on the forums and tried following some steps but still didnt work. How can I get this drive working in either of these operating systems? I'm on the latest promise utility and driver.

Just a follow up. I didn't see any response from my ticket because my browser had pop-ups blocked. The Brave browser did not notify me of this, but switching to chrome I saw a message saying that pop-ups were blocked.
Just in case anyone else has this issue.
