Pegasus3 Can I hook up my Pegasus 3 to my Windows machine?

 Hi again, I have now finally purchased a Intel NUC (Intel NUC 13 Pro Kit NUC13ANKi7) it is a 13th gen i7 with Thunderbolt. I installed Windows 11 Pro.

I downloaded what I think are the latest drivers and utility:
- R_WinDrv_Installer_V6.2.0.18_WHQL 

- PROMISE_Utility_Pro_23.4.1

The enclosure connects to the NUC and I get a blue light and the lightning symbol is lit.

I cannot connect to it using the utility however and when I look at the device manager the driver has the yellow triangle with an error code of 55:

This device is blocked from starting while the user is not logged in. (Code 55)

The almighty Google reports that this may happen if you run BitLocker and The Kernel DMA Protection at the same time. I have disabled both, but the driver still fails to load.
