Very long beep Pegasus J4

My Pegasus J4 is making a long beep sound (30 seconds) occasionally when the drive wakes up. All the drive status lights are blue. I tried to install the Pegasus J4 Utility (V1.00.0000.15), but I guess it's too old for my OS; my iMac wouldn't open it. What can I do to figure out what there is such a long beeping sound?

My iMac is running 10.11.6 El Capitan

I have a Pegasus J2 which I like - still very fast.

However my new Macbook Pro has Thunderbolt 3 or USB-C only.

Can your engineers please suggest a compact cable/adapter assembly converting the device's Thunderbolt to Thunderbolt 3 with out any loss of speed.

Seems that my R6 become a little slower than usual.

Can I use techtool Pro, or another optimiser, to clean my R6 ( 3 logical drive each with 2x3To)

Or do you have another best solution
